1. Order Policy

  • Make sure all your order details and delivery information are correct before confirming your order with us.

2. Delivery Costs & Time

  • Delivery Time: Between 2 to 5 days.

  • Delivery Fees:

    • Within Jenin city: 10 NIS

    • West Bank cities: 20 NIS

    • Jerusalem area: 30 NIS

    • Inside 1948 lands: 50 NIS

  • Free Delivery:

    • Available for the West Bank and Jerusalem only, for orders above 150 NIS.

  • Payment is made upon delivery or Pay with card.

3. Prices & Offers

  • Prices are fixed for everyone. There are no special prices for individuals.

  • Promotions and discounts are only announced through Mekal’s official social media platforms.

  • Promotional offers are final and non-exchangeable.

4. Exchange & Return Policy

  • Returns are not allowed.

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The customer is responsible for all delivery fees related to the exchange.
